Accident and Injury Cases: With reference to handling Personal Injury cases, Mr. Macias having also been injured in a head on collision and sustaining injuries, he prides himself on understanding the injuries and the pain and suffering that goes along with the traumatic event and can relate to the ordeal the clients are going through.  Thus, his primary objective is to get the clients to receive the proper medical treatment and completely heal to the extent that the injury allows for it. Thereafter, the goal is to work to obtain adequate compensation for the clients' pain and suffering so that they can once again get their life together and move forward and live as much of a normal life as possible.

Mediation is always an option he recommends to clients. It gives all parties concerned an opportunity to work on resolving disputes before engaging in prolonged litigation.

Real Estate, Landlord and Construction Matters:  As a California licensed Real Estate Broker and home builder, Mr. Macias has had the opportunity to represent Contractors, Construction workers, Material Vendors, Landlords, (Commercial and Residential), Lenders, Banks and Realtors, in resolving day to day legal issues they encounter in their businesses.  Mr. Macias states, “it is my job to try to resolve their legal problems so they can get back to the business of being in business and to thrive.”
