Aaron has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Healthcare Law and Administration, working as in house counsel for INTEGRIS Health, Inc. from 2001 through 2012. Aaron’s primary focus is in the areas of Corporate and Business Organizations, Healthcare Law, Trust and Estate Administration, Probates and Guardianships, and Employment Law. Aaron has authored and lectured numerous seminars on topics such as medical record retention and production, EMTALA, HIPAA, physician contracting, and employment law. Aaron brings a practical common sense approach to the representation of his clients.
Aaron is a long-time resident of central Oklahoma where he graduated from Putnam City North High School. Aaron graduated in 1994 from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Major in Healthcare Administration and a Minor in Marketing. Aaron received the Senior Achievement award in Healthcare Administration. Aaron received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1997, winning the Moot Court Competition.
Aaron has professional memberships with the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Oklahoma Health Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
Aaron is married to Christy and has two children. He enjoys quality time with his family and is an enthusiast of reading, scuba diving, photography, and attending sporting events. Aaron and his family are active members of Northpoint Baptist Church.
