About Adam
Mr. Berardi is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and is a member of the Environmental Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. His practice includes complex environmental insurance coverage, bad faith and insurance contract disputes. Mr. Berardi specializes in the representation of insurers in cases involving environmental pollution, asbestos and long term exposure to other hazardous substances.
Mr. Berardi received his B.A. from Clemson University in 2004 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2007, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
