How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Building a report with prosecutors and Judges is definitely a good thing, but if you don't know the law, and legal ramifications of specific courses of actions, then it becomes useless.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?An absolute worst case scenario, a plan of action to attack the charges, and a feel for the legal process.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The potential client's legal name, date of birth, and if available, the County of arrest.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I answer my own phone. Clients have direct access to me by text message, phone, and/or email.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Giving clients back their lives.
