About Adam
Mr. Share is counsel in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, General Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups. He has a broad background in civil litigation and handles a wide variety of matters for corporate and individual clients in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial property loss, defective construction, professional liability, health care, real estate, breach of contract and general business disputes. Mr. Share has represented clients in cases arising from structural failures in commercial and industrial buildings, fire detection and suppression system malfunctions, catastrophic fire and flood damage, and aviation and other mechanical component failures. Mr. Share has also represented hospital systems, insurance agents and brokers, nursing homes and other health care professionals and institutions in a variety of civil matters involving property damage, financial losses and professional liability.
Mr. Share received his undergraduate degree from Washington University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University. He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Mr. Share has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system. He is a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and the SEPTA Citizens Advisory Committee. Prior to joining White and Williams in 2006, Mr. Share was a partner at Blank Rome LLP in the Product Liability and Insurance practice group in Philadelphia.
