Mr. Gottbetter's practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions including related financings and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in counseling issuers and investors on financing strategies and structures.
Mr. Gottbetter graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a J.D. in 1992, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team. He received his B.S. in finance from Lehigh University School of Business and Economics in 1989.
Mr. Gottbetter is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
