Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have worked significant criminal cases involving defendants with drug problems by keeping them of prison and getting them into treatment programs.
How did you build a successful practice?
I am the "go to" guy for a lot of other firms for criminal and worker comp. cases, I work on each file personally with great support staff, and willing to think outside the box.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Responsiveness, attentiveness, confidence, calmness.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Having that knowledge is more key than you can imagine, especially when navigating a case through the system.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Go over the charges or the injury in a comp case, potential What Ifs and set up the appointment to come in.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
For criminal charges, they should have the charges in front of them to give info. For Workers Comp, the date of accident, and the WC insurance company info.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I follow up and incorporate the client as part of the team. I have them assist.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping somebody take back their life and helping them reach their goal.
