Eric attended both Gonzaga and Seattle University Schools of Law. During law school, Eric earned a spot on the prestigious Law Review team where he became an associate editor. He also served as a member of the Moot Court team arguing a mock appellate matter before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from law school, in 2003, with a 3.3 GPA in the top twentieth percent of his class. Mr. Engel has extensive experience handling litigation matters in domestic disputes. The majority of his family law practice concerns contested family law litigation matters for high net worth clients and child custody disputes involving serious parenting allegations such as Sexual Abuse, Drug Addiction, and Domestic Violence. His Dallas, Texas, law practice includes divorce and family law. Besides working for his clients, Eric enjoys reading, jogging, playing the piano, Sagittarius *A, Roman history post Republic, and has a peculiar interest in global oil production and Hubbert’s Peak.

Guy Holman is a bankruptcy attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where he advocates primarily for small businesses and consumers needing to reorganize or discharge debt pursuant to the U.S. bankruptcy code. Mr. Holman graduated cum Laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2017. While attending law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Also, while in law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Jeff Bohm, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas, and interned in the Property Preservation Clinic of the Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy, Inc. Additionally, Holman was awarded the Spouses of Houston Barristers Scholarship and was admitted to the American Inn of Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holman had a diversified business background. He began his career as a banker with BMO/Harris Bank, serving as a financial analyst and would later join Citibank as an investment consultant. Holman would go on to co-found several partnerships engaged in commercial real estate finance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and insurance brokerage. Holman is also a former brick mason and member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen. Holman is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in LAS/Finance. While in college, Holman studied abroad in Costa Rica, where he studied Spanish and “mastered” in salsa dancing.
