The court determined that it was in the best interest of the child to remain our client, the mother. Case Conclusion Date:October 1, 2012 Practice Area:Car / Auto Accident Outcome:Maximum compensation Description:We represented a client whose vehicle was hit by an individual that ran a red light. The impact caused severe and disabling personal injuries including broken shoulder, broken jaw and extensive scarring. The client sustained significant wage loss during his period of disability and incurred substantial medical bills. We were able to obtain maximum compensation for his injuries which included premium for pain & suffering, payment for disfigurement, reimbursement for his lost wages and full coverage for his medical bills.
