My law practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions for both established and emerging companies, as well as individual investors. I am also frequently retained by law firms to provide transactional services for their existing clients. I enjoy reviewing all kinds of contracts, and, unlike many attorneys, I focus on commercial transactions (as opposed to both litigation and transactions). Originally from the Midwest, I graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999. Since then, I have practiced law with both international and boutique law firms and have provided counsel to local, regional, national and international clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed-use real property.
