About Alexander
Alex was excited to join the MLR team in the summer of 2021 to assist mainly with the firm’s insurance coverage, auto accident defense, and personal injury defense practice areas. With a combination of warm levity and sober professionalism, Alex seeks to be a meticulous advocate and a formidable litigator for his clients. Prior to joining the MLR team, Alex represented Plaintiffs in a wide-variety of personal injury maters that mainly included automobile accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death actions. Before representing clients in tort litigation, Alex worked at a large family law firm on especially litigious high-asset divorces. Alex served as an editor on the law review and published an article on arbitration and contracts of adhesion.
Alex moved from British Columbia to attend law school at the University of Oregon on an academic scholarship, and has lived in Oregon ever since. When not in the office, Alex spends most of his time with his wife and their pets. Alex and his wife enjoy hiking and swimming throughout the Pacific Northwest with their rambunctious Labrador Retriever, Indy. When he is not chasing after his dog, Alex is an avid golfer and skier. As a life-long soccer fan, Alex can often be found playing soccer or watching the professional leagues on weekend mornings.
