About Kurt

Kurt Alexander is Board Certified by The Florida Bar and The National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law, and he is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Alexander currently serves on the Executive Council of The Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, as a liaison member of The Florida Bar Rules of Civil Procedure Committee, and he is the former Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee, 18B.  He has a very active trial practice that has primarily involved the defense of matters involving civil litigation, now throughout the State of Florida, from the time he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1989.  Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice in Florida, before all Florida Federal District Courts, the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court.  

Mr. Alexander has served a number of charitable causes over the years, including ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association, as its General Counsel, since 1997, legal representation in child abduction cases at the request of the US State Department, as well as other causes involving children’s issues.  He and his family live in Central Florida.
