Obviously a highly skilled trial lawyer with a successful track record. Beyond that, a lawyer they can relate too, who will return their phone calls and emails, and treat them like a special individual, and not just another "client/case."

With personal injury, it pays to know the surgeons and other doctors in the community and also to know the insurance company doctors and how to discredit them.

My personality-My client's like me because I give them personal attention. I am also a highly skilled trial lawyer with over 28 years of experience trying and winning cases.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people. When a client is about to lose everything because of insurance company tactics of delaying and denying payment of medical bills, wage loss, and compensation, and I am able to obtain justice for the client, the gratefulness from my client is incredibly fulfilling.

Community service, family and friends, biking, and swimming.
