About Allen
Allen B. Gillman, Esq. is a graduate of the City University of New York and the Rutgers School of Law. Prior to entering the full time practice of law in 1981, he held college and university academic positions teaching in the areas of American Government and Business Law. Mr. Gillman has appeared before the Trial and Appellate Courts of New Jersey, the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the Federal Second Circuit and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.
He represented the plaintiff before the Supreme Court of New Jersey in the matter of Solar vs. Castmaster Corporation Soler v. Castmaster, Div. of H.P.M. Corp., 98 N.J. 137 which expanded the rights of industrial workers injured in the workplace.
Mr. Gillman's practice is now limited to the representation of individuals and small businesses experiencing serious debt problems.
