About Allison

Allison Hyatt is an associate in Glaser Weil's litigation department.  Since joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Hyatt has enjoyed a diverse litigation practice and has handled a wide range of complex business disputes.  Ms. Hyatt currently specializes in civil appeals and writs.  Her appellate practice includes a variety of cases involving employment litigation, real estate disputes, civil rights issues and questions of bankruptcy procedure and entertainment law.

Ms. Hyatt received her law degree in 2001 from UCLA School of Law where she served as Student Scholarship Editor for the UCLA Women's Law Journal.  She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice.

While in law school, Ms. Hyatt was a law clerk for the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles and for the State Bar of California.  She also volunteered with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, helping victims of domestic abuse.
