In addition to working for a prestigious Boston Law firm, He has worked for the District Attorney’s office in Bristol County, MA and has handled over a thousand cases. He has successfully tried fifty-four jury and numerous bench trials. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
A 20 plus year veteran health care professional was wrongfully accused of assaulting a patient. A coworker with a grudge reported the alleged assault. Client stood to lose her job and good reputation. After a hearing and cross-examination of the accuser, the case was dismissed.
How did you build a successful practice?
By believing in my clients and trying cases with very difficult set of facts, getting a lot of people exonerated..then word of mouth from happy clients. Believed in my clients when no one would.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
If the lawyer asks right questions, knows exactly how the case will proceed thru the court system, listens to client and believe the client until proven otherwise.
