Ms. Adolay concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law and litigation.  She represents employers of all sizes in all aspects of employment law.  Ms. Adolay devotes much of her practice to daily human resources issues that arise for employers, as well as advising clients of various federal and state employment laws, changes to those laws, and how those laws affect the employer's business practices and policies.  Ms. Adolay also handles EEOC and similar administrative charges for employers as well as the defense of employment law claims such as sexual harassement, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and various other employment claims.  Ms. Adolay has represented both employers and employees with respect to the drafting and enforcement of employment agreements, including noncompetition provisions.  Her non-employment law litigation practice generally focuses on breach of contract actions or other commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Adolay has given presentations on employment law topics and has provided training to employers, including sexual harassment training.
