Eveler & Eveler LLC is a family firm serving York County, Pennsylvania for over 50 years. The firm was started by our father in 1955. He has since retired and now my brother and sister-in-law, George L. Eveler, III and Kristine Eveler, and I continue to provide quality legal services to the York area. George handles real estate, zoning and business matters while Kris handles wills, trusts and estates.
I handle divorce and support matters as well as adoptions and guardianships. I have been in private practice since 1981 and also served as an Assistant District Attorney and Divorce Master for York County earlier in my career. I bring expertise, common sense and a dose of reality to the table when representing family law clients. You will be given an estimate of fees after we meet for the first time. Fees vary depending upon the complexity of your case, the need to hire experts to value assets and in many cases, the parties' ability to set aside vindictive behavior in order to discuss a division of the assets.
