About Andrew

Andrew received his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.

While in law school, Andrew was a certified legal intern with the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office, where he primarily handled juvenile hearings and wrote appellate briefs.

Andrew also interned with noted labor law firm O'Donoghue and O'Donoghue in Philadelphia, PA.  

In his final year of law school, Andrew provided free legal services to lower income clients through the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic.  He received several divorce decrees on behalf of his clients and worked on issues such as bankruptcy filings and veterans' benefits.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Andrew was a foreign affairs intern in the Washington, DC Office of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.  In July of 2013, Andrew will assume a seat on the Beekmantown Central Board of Education, where he received his high school education.

Andrew is a lifelong resident of Plattsburgh, New York and understands the needs and concerns of the residents of the North Country.
