About Andrew

Andrew Chung graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2003 before entering Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he graduated in 2006. He clerked for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles in law school. He joined the Rubin Law Corporation in the summer of 2005 as a law clerk and stayed with the firm as an associate upon graduation.  As a law clerk and associate, he has worked in all areas of employment law, including everything from sexual harassment, to disability and CFRA leave discrimination cases, to lawsuits involving executive whistleblowers.  In addition to his extensive experience with discovery, oppositions to motions for summary judgment, and other and law and motion work, he has prepared for and attended several mediations and assisted with the firm's trial practice.   He is fluent in Korean and is a member of the Korean American Bar Association and American Bar Association.
