Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Kept a young man from going to prison for a substantial amount of time and from getting a felony in an Automobile Manslaughter case. Client was a cadet for the Maryland State Police. Had to go to trial and convince a jury that his actions were not gross negligence. Accusation was that he was traveling faster than 100mph on the beltway when he lost control of the truck and a woman, a teacher, was killed. He was not responding to an emergency.
How did you build a successful practice?
Happy clients and the internet and becoming a true expert in the field.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Expertise, plain and simple and reputation through solid testimonials, all the rest is fluff.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Experience is much more important and reputation as a fighter and someone who is a threat.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We do free consultations all the time successfully. We can provide a sense of how serious the case is, potential outcomes and the nature of the representation.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
For criminal cases, the location, case number or ticket numbers and any paperwork from the police or court. For P.I. Cases all the information on an accident and a copy of the clients insurance declaration sheet.

Plain and simple we are the best trained and are truly experts . No one else has the science background of our firm.

Helping clients get their lives together.
