What should clients look for in a lawyer?In looking for a lawyer you should look for someone with strong ratings and reviews. Do your research online. Call that lawyer and talk with them. Make sure to ask questions over the phone during your consultation. Avoid big law firms with billboards and lawyers you see on TV. Those law firms are all about volume and not about the quality of each case. When you hire a big law firm your case is typically not handled by an attorney but assigned to a paralegal to handle all aspects and you likely will not even talk to your lawyer directly. This is never the case at Inserra Law.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Consultations are always free and you NEVER pay any attorney fees unless we win your case. During your initial consultation you will talk directly attorney Andrew Inserra and he will fully explain the process of your potential case and answer any questions you may have.
