About Andrew
Andy practices in the areas of real estate, commercial finance and commercial and business law. He is an elected member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (Vice Chair, Leasing Subcommittee), the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and was named to Super Lawyer's top 50 list in 2007. Andy has been named to the Connecticut Super Lawyer's list since it's inception. Andy is a former Chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Section and Commercial Finance Committee and currently serves on several committees of the Real Property Section including, the Common Interest Ownership Manual Revision Committee and the Special Committee on Borrowers' Counsels' Opinion Letters. He is a member of and serves on a number of working committees of the Real Estate Committee of the New Haven County Bar Association and is currently a member of that Association's Board of Governors. Andy is also a member of the Leasing Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate And Trust Law Section and serves on a number of municipal and nonprofit boards including the Domestic Violence Services of Greater New Haven, Inc. He received his B.A. from Clark University and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School, with distinction. Andy is also a frequent lecturer on various real estate related topics.
