• Clough, Samira, et al v. Northeast Carriers, et al Practice Area: Trucking Accident Date: Apr 26, 2013 Outcome: Six week trial resulting in a combined Plaintiffs' verdict for damages, interests, attorneys' fees and costs totaling in excess of $21.9 million. Description: Represented one of the Plaintiffs involved in a multiple fatality motor vehicle accident accident on I-95 which involved two tractor trailers, one fuel tanker truck and three cars.
