Devoting his practice to civil litigation, Andrew has represented a wide variety of individuals and businesses who have suffered personal or financial injuries. He has handled wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, stock broker misconduct cases and complex, nationwide consumer class actions claims.
Andrew has extensive jury trial experience, acting as lead counsel in cases throughout the State of Indiana. He is admitted to the Indiana Bar; United States Supreme Court; United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court Central District of Illinois.
Andrew regularly works cases throughout the country with local counsel. He is a member of the Cass County (Indiana) Bar and Indiana State Bar Associations. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Andrew provides pro bono services and is Cass County’s representative to Indiana’s Pro Bono District V Board of Directors.
Since moving to Logansport in 1996, Andrew has been involved in a wide range of community activities. A past president of Logan’s Landing Association, Andrew was also a board member on the Logansport’s Downtown Improvement Organization, Cass County Red Cross, Cass County Community Foundation, Pastoral Council at All Saints Catholic Church and the Principal Advisory Committee for All Saints Catholic School. He is a faculty member of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation. He has served as a coach for his sons’ sports teams and is on the Board of Directors for the Cass County 4-H Association.
Andrew and his wife Amy have been married 21 years and have three sons. They live on a farm in Cass County.
