Mr. Orenstein is a member of Harris Beach PLLC and practices in the Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation and the Insurance Litigation and Product Liability Defense Practice Groups.  He also serves on the Municipalities and Local Agencies Industry Team.  Mr. Orenstein is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his legal practice primarily in the areas of complex torts and toxic tort litigation, products liability and general commercial litigation.  Mr. Orenstein has litigated and tried cases in defense of municipalities and product manufacturers in courtrooms across New York state.  He represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial litigation and a large chain retailer in a variety of litigation matters.  He oversees the preparation of cases for trial, including the cultivation of expert witnesses and the litigation of complex Frye and Daubert issues.
