About Andrew
Andrew W. Oxenreiter joined Spotts Fain in 2007 as an associate practicing in the business section of the firm. Admitted to practice in Virginia in 2006, Andrew focuses his practice on all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, leasing, financing and development of retail and commercial properties. His areas of expertise include drafting a broad range of contracts and recordable instruments, preparing documents for the formation of residential and mixed-use condominiums, and assisting developers and franchisees in negotiating space and ground leases.
Andrew received his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He is a member of the Richmond, Virginia and American Bar Associations. In 2008, he was listed as a VBA Pro Bono Servant, a designation that indicates that a lawyer has served 50 hours or more of certified pro bono publico legal service.
