About Andrew
Mr. Andrew Welch brings a wide range of experience both as a litigator and as a transactional lawyer. His practice focuses on complex commercial and consumer matters. Mr. Welch spent nearly nine years as in-house counsel for one of the largest non-bank mortgage servicers where he oversaw the company’s litigation portfolio of approximately 2000 matters. He was also responsible for the drafting and negotiation of the company’s varied vendor contracts. Right out of law school, Andrew cut his teeth working at a law firm where he successfully defended cases ranging from construction defect, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
