About Ann
Ann Cianflone is of Counsel in Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Corporate and Securities and General Business Representation practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Ann was in-house counsel at several large national corporations.
Ann’s practice focuses on all aspects of business law matters. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts; advising clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; forming corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships of various complexities, including Shareholder Agreements, Operating Agreements and Buy/Sell Agreements; closing financing matters for clients; and advising all size businesses in general legal topics, such as employment matters and commercial real estate matters. In addition, Ann provides on-site training to clients in areas of employment law such as sexual harassment and discrimination, and is a speaker for various legal seminars.
