Her practice includes commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, buyouts, evictions, partition actions, and broader real estate conflict and counseling matters.
Before co-founding LDY Law, Anna spent more than a decade as a partner at a San Francisco real estate and landlord-tenant firm. She has tried cases, handled appeals, mediated and arbitrated disputes, and negotiated numerous settlements. Her work has included both the day-to-day landlord matters owners regularly face and the broader real estate disputes that can become business-critical when a conflict expands beyond a tenancy issue alone.
