About Anne
My entire legal life has been in spent in Kansas City. The first four years in the profession were spent working for a mid size firm and a large firm doing defense work. I defended corporations in environmental disputes, product defect cases and personal injury cases. After four years I took my knowledge of the law and the defense perspective and flipped sides, opening a plaintiff's personal injury and employment firm. There is no comparison between working for a corporation and working for the little people. I have spent the past three years representing individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. This includes personal injury accidents, defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and chemical exposures. I value my clients and truly enjoy working with each individual. I enjoy seeing individuals get a fair result and there is a feeling of satisfaction when your client, who was once hopeless, feels that they have received justice.
