EDUCATION
Anne received her bachelor of Arts degree in English from Seattle University before moving to Colorado to pursue her law degree. Anne completed her Juris Doctorate at University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado.
EMPLOYMENT
After graduating in 2006, Anne worked as an associate with Faber Bantz P.C., a downtown Denver boutique estate planning firm. In 2008, Anne transplanted to Northwest Colorado and now resides in Steamboat Springs.
Currently licensed to practice in Colorado and Washington, Anne M. Zoltani is a partner in Steamboat Lawyers Group. Her practice currently focuses on bankruptcy, probate, real estate issues and disputes and natural resource law. Anne has assisted clients in filing bankruptcy, advised clients with respect to loan work-outs and/or modifications and short sales, and has worked with clients to address debt and credit effectively.
Anne works in both our Craig and Steamboat Springs offices providing assistance to clients in the natural resource industry with respect to oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, and mineral title research and opinions.
INTERESTS
Moving to Steamboat Springs was a conscious decision for Ms. Zoltani, who enjoys each new season of outdoor activities and challenges. Anne enjoys anything in the beautiful outdoors from skiing to hiking, especially with the company of her two beloved beagles (pictured below). Anne is also involved in Steamboat woman's rugby and is currently assembling a team of ladies for an upcoming summer tournament.
