About Anthony
Anthony Ashby was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. Anthony has been practicing personal injury law for more than 20 years. Until recently, Anthony spent nearly all of his 20 year career working as an insurance defense lawyer. He spent the majority of his career on the defense side representing insurance companies and at one time was the senior partner at one of the most successful insurance defense firms in the Las Vegas valley. During that time working for insurance companies, Anthony was trained to be sure that accident victims receive as little compensation as possible so he knows firsthand all of the insurance companies tricks and tactics. Anthony has argued more than 70 jury trials, over 200 arbitrations, and dozens of mediations for insurance companies, and therefore is considered one of the most experienced litigation attorneys in Las Vegas. After growing weary of witnessing the manner in which insurance companies wrongfully treat the victims of accidents, Anthony has now chosen to use his experience with insurance companies to help the victims of injury and death caused by the negligence of others. Now, as a personal injury attorney working at Ladah Law Firm, Anthony uses his considerable insurance defense experience to guide the firm’s clients through the tricks and deception insurance companies use to avoid paying reasonable compensation to those killed and injured as a result of their negligent insurance policy holders. Anthony enjoys fighting insurance companies to obtain the best possible outcome for injury victims. Insurance companies are scared of going against Anthony because of his vast experience on the defense side and Anthony is involved, one way or another, in essentially every case that Ladah Law Firm takes to trial.
