About Anthony
Anthony E. Grimaldi graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and the Georgetown Law Center, is admitted to practice in all of the Circuit and Federal Courts of the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a past recipient of the Young Lawyer of the Year award presented by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Attorneys of America, and The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
His practice consists of civil litigation, primarily personal injury, including representing persons injured in motor vehicle accidents, by the manufacturers of defective products, premises liability and/or professional negligence. His litigation career includes trying over five hundred cases to Judgment in the various Courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and has been involved in many appeals.
Mr. Grimaldi is president of Attorneys Arbitration Services, Inc., a twenty-six member mediation and arbitration group in the Washington Metropolitan area, and is a charter member of the Neutral Case Evaluator Panel appointed by the Fairfax, Virginia Circuit Court in 1993, for the purpose of facilitating the resolution of civil disputes.
His experience also includes assignments as a military courts officer in the United States Army.
