About Anthony
Mr. Krol is a partner in the Business Department. He focuses primarily on commercial financing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
Mr. Krol's clients include national, regional and local commercial banks and finance companies, real estate developers and manufacturing companies. He has handled a variety of commercial finance transactions, involving retail shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, service and distribution companies and technology companies. A large portion of Mr. Krol's practice involves the financing of golf, resort and timeshare projects throughout the country.
Mr. Krol has lectured extensively on commercial finance issues, including secured transactions, resort real estate financing and the drafting of commercial loan documents.
Mr. Krol received his B.A. from Haverford College in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1979. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Minnesota, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and American Resort Development Association.
