QUESTIONNAIRE
My partner and I filed a professional negligence action against a residential facility that resulted in the death of our client's mother. The lawsuit revealed an egregious failure to train employees, violations of state regulations, and hiring individuals with criminal histories that worked providing care to vulnerable adults. The verdict exceeded the assets of the owner and will, hopefully, result in the closing or the reformation of the facility.
How did you build a successful practice?Hard work, which leads to success in cases. This has led to referrals in the community from past clients as well as other lawyers that recognize the value I bring to cases.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Someone that will communicate with you and be candid about the strengths and weaknesses of your case, hard-working, diligent and organized.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Obtaining good results for clients and for their families and knowing that we did everything we could to protect the less fortunate and bring some justice to terrible situations.
