During his 40+ years of practice, he has had a broad range Civil practice including all aspects of Civil litigation, including personal injury and medical malpractice matters, commercial litigation and Estate/Trust litigation. He has also represented Buyers and Sellers in both commercial and residential Real Estate transactions and has prepared Estate Planning documents including Wills, Trusts, and other documents and has assisted clients with Estate probate and administration matters.
Phil has been active in community matters including serving on the Broome County YMCA Board of Directors (Member/Past President), the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Western Broome Foundation (Member/Past President), the Board of Directors of the Lupus Foundation of the Southern Tier Foundation (Member/Past President), and has served as Trustee of St. Joseph’s Parish in Endicott, NY.
