About Ashik

Ashik R. Jahan is a partner in the Atlanta office specializing in Business and Family Immigration and Workers’ Compensation Law. Mr. Jahan’s immigration practice focuses on representing and advising businesses and individuals in obtaining work and family visas, and obtaining status, permanent residency, and citizenship in the United States.  Mr. Jahan also represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims in the state of Georgia.

Mr. Jahan graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with Honors in political science and a minor in U.S. history. Mr. Jahan also graduated from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law where he served as vice president of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association.  Mr. Jahan is also fluent in Bengali and is also an active participant in flag football, soccer, and softball leagues.
