About Ashley
Attorney Ashley Pipal graduated from Illinois State University in 2009 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. In 2013, she graduated from Arizona Summit Law School in Phoenix, Arizona. During law school, Ashley interned with the Family Law Assistance Project in Phoenix, which provided her with an understanding of the legal issues that families often need to address and the importance of high-quality representation in these cases. During this time, she also worked full-time as a manager at LifeTime Fitness, which gave her an appreciation of the hard work that many people put in to provide for their families. Ashley joined A. Traub & Associates in 2022, bringing with her over a decade of legal experience.
Ashley has focused her practice on family law and real estate. She has represented clients in multiple types of real estate transactions and litigation, including residential real estate closings, foreclosure defense, evictions, eviction defense, and landlord/tenant disputes. This experience ensures that she can help clients address and resolve any legal issues that may arise when buying or selling a home, as well as other cases involving residential and commercial real estate.
Ashley has extensive experience representing clients in multiple types of family law cases, including divorce, parentage, spousal maintenance, child support, allocation of parental responsibilities (formerly known as custody), parenting time (visitation), grandparent visitation, and post-decree matters. She is also a qualified Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative in Cook County. Ashley understands the importance of family, and she works to help her clients resolve disputes effectively while ensuring that their rights will be protected. In cases involving children, she strives to help parents or other family members find solutions that will provide for children’s best interests while preserving important family relationships. She makes every effort to treat clients with compassion, reduce the stress of dealing with legal issues, and resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
Ashley has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 2014, and she is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She lives in the northwest suburbs with her two rescue dogs, Payton and Riesling.
