The injured have the same rights as everyone else — to be treated with compassion and respect — but their vulnerability means they need special protection and representation against those who injure, neglect or abuse them. This is my life’s work. Many of our cases involve: car accidents, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, work related accidents (workers compensation and construction site accidents). Once your innocence is shown, we sue the police for their brutality, your false arrest or your wrongful conviction. In Illinois, police brutality occurs with alarming frequency.
