About Avram
Avram Posner joined our Real Estate Department in 1997. Mr. Posner’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and commercial leasing.
Mr. Posner has represented the firm’s clients in significant transactions involving the acquisition, disposition and/or financing of numerous properties including shopping centers, office and retail buildings, as well as office and retail leases of all sizes. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing both buyers and sellers in air rights transactions in New York City.
Mr. Posner received his JD in 1995 from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Law Review. He received his BA, magna cum laude,in 1991 from Yeshiva University where he was also the recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Economics.
He was admitted to the bar in New York in 1996.
