Mr. Paskel is a founder of Paskel, Tashman & Walker, P.C., and he has practiced law for over 50 years. His many honors include recognition from the Wayne County Board of Commissioners for “outstanding advocacy for low-income people” and “community service,” “Christian man of the year” from the historic Little Rock Baptist Church of Detroit, and multiple listings as one of the “Top Michigan Lawyers” by the Detroit News and New York Times and recognition from “Super Lawyers”. Mr. Paskel acts as his firm’s senior partner and, though the firm is full service, concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury cases. He has tried cases in Michigan and around the country.
