We continue to serve our clients at our new South Loop location, conveniently located 2 blocks south of the Federal Courthouse, 1 block east of U.S. Citizenship + Immigration Services (CIS)(INS), blocks from Immigration Court+ Stock Exchange, 1/2 block from Chicago Bar Association, + convenient to all public transportation (adjacent to Chicago Public Library) + parking.
We assist in all types of immigration + citizenship cases, w/extensive experience in corporate + business immigration, U.S. Customs-related issues, int'l trade regulation.
We have settled discrimination cases in the six-digits, and effectively handle sexual harassment and retaliation discrimination claims; race, ethnicity, pregnancy + gender-based discrimination claims; FMLA cases; ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) discrimination + failure to accommodate claims. Our cases involve esp. foreign born + foreign language clients. Attorney Susman's languages incl: Spanish, French+ Portuguese- + her associates bring a wealth of other languages + experience.
