We have settled discrimination cases in the six-digits, and effectively handle sexual harassment and retaliation discrimination claims; race, ethnicity, pregnancy + gender-based discrimination claims; FMLA cases; ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) discrimination + failure to accommodate claims.
