About Barry

As a Trial lawyer with more than forty-three years of experience representing injured workers and personal injury clients, Mr. Hinden is the senior partner and founder of Hinden & Breslavsky.  The firm has 20 lawyers dedicating to maximizing the benefits and recovery of the clients they represent and a staff of 93 multilingual employees.  He has authored over 90 books and publications and has been a guest lecturer in more than 100 seminars, teaching the principles of workers’ compensation and personal injury.  Mr. Hinden was an adjunct professor at Southwestern University, an arbitrator, and a judge pro-tem.  His passion is helping to restore dignity and self-esteem to those whose occupations and lives have been altered due to an injury.
