Barry S. Huston began his legal career at Dreyer and Traub and, over the next thirty years, was a partner at Arenstein & Huston, P.C. and Edelman & Edelman, P.C., a senior trial attorney at Schneider, Kleinick, Weitz, Damashek & Shoot, and a senior partner at Huston & Schuller, P.C.

Mr. Huston concentrates his practice in the areas of complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including construction and workplace accidents, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises and municipal liability, medical malpractice, toxic/environmental torts, and aviation disasters. He has litigated and tried over fifty cases with recoveries totaling over $125 million, including several individual cases, which resulted in recoveries in excess of $7.5 million. Some of the most notable cases involve pharmaceutical products such as pHisoHex containing the neurotoxin hexachlorophine and a dietary supplement containing ephedra, litigation resulting from the Pan Am Flight 103 air disaster, and a settlement of $15.7 million ($8.5 million present value), which was one of the largest motor vehicle accident settlements in Massachusetts history.

Mr. Huston serves as a member of The Judicial Screening Committee of New York County Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and was an attorney member of the Malpractice Panel, Supreme Court, Kings County from 1988 through 1991. He has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, Millennium Edition and Strathmore's Who's Who.

Mr. Huston is a member of many local and national bar associations including the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Association for Justice - National College of Advocacy, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and New York County Lawyers Association.

For many years, Mr. Huston has been involved in various community activities, including membership on the Board of Directors of the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center, Treasurer and President of the Roslyn Pines Civic Association, and as a Roslyn Little League Coach.

Mr. Huston is a 1972 graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He has been admitted pro hac vice to try cases in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
