Bart J. Klein is a member of Goodgold West Diaz Maitlin & Klein LLC. Bart has more than three decades of legal experience and has dedicated his career to representing the legal rights of his clients, both corporate and individual. Bart has experience in a numerous of areas of law, both in transactional and litigation contexts, including civil and commercial litigation, construction litigation, commercial real estate, business law, estate litigation, bankruptcy and trademark registration.

Bart is an editor of the New Jersey Trust Fund Laws and Agreements section in the “Construction Issues” volume of the Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws published by the National Association of Credit Management. Bart has also lectured on the nuances of construction liens and bond claims in New Jersey.

Bart is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.

In his spare time, Bart is also an avid water volleyball player. He has chaired the water volleyball activity group at his local community pool for more than a decade.
