About Bart
BART K. LARSEN is a member of the commercial litigation practice group at Rosenfeld Roberson, where he specializes in the resolution of real estate, business, and construction disputes. Mr. Larsen has considerable experience in litigating landlord-tenant issues, mechanic’s liens, land use disputes, and fraud claims. He has also played a key role in the development of the firm’s bankruptcy practice.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Larsen has represented a wide range of individual and commercial clients, including contractors, developers, insurance companies, gaming companies, property owners, banks, and a variety of other local and national clients. Mr. Larsen has extensive experience in representing clients in various state and federal courts in Nevada, at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in administrative hearings and other proceedings.
Mr. Larsen graduated with honors from Utah State University in 2000, where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting and economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He has been an active member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2003. Mr. Larsen joined Rosenfeld Roberson in 2005. Before joining the firm, he was employed as in-house counsel at a national bank and as a litigation associate at a mid-size regional law firm.
