introduction
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dalton was of counsel at Crouch & Ramey, a litigation law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he represented corporations and individuals in complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
In his criminal law practice, Mr. Dalton has defended various businesses and individuals accused of environmental crimes, health care fraud, securities fraud, antitrust violations, political corruption, and other fraudulent conduct. Mr. Dalton was also counsel for director Roman Polanski in his criminal and extradition proceedings.
In his civil law practice, Mr. Dalton has successfully tried cases for both plaintiffs and defendants before juries in state and federal courts throughout the United States in the areas of civil rights, false claims, wrongful death, dangerous conditions of public property, products liability, intellectual property, insurance recovery, employment discrimination, toxic tort, construction defects, trust and estate litigation, and commercial disputes.
