Mr. Kim practices in New York City, and his work concentrates in the areas of healthcare law, transactional and regulatory matters, and health insurance and audits.
Mr. Kim received his A.B. from Dartmouth College, M.P.H. from Boston University School of Public Health, and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, Order of Barristers, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as the President of the Health Law and Policy Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Kim interned at the New York County District Attorney's Office, the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, The Opportunity Agenda, and at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, as a Global Health Fellow through The Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University.
Prior to his time at the firm, Mr. Kim worked in minority health care policy at the Harvard School of Public Health and in community-based public health research at the Institute for Community Health in Cambridge, Massachusetts. While at the Institute, Mr. Kim presented and published work related to child and adolescent healthcare issues, as well as public health infrastructure and emergency preparedness.
Mr. Kim is a member of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association, and currently serves on the Action Council of the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
