About Beatrice
Beatrice M. Peck is a partner in the law firm of Tomsic & Peck, LLC. Ms. Peck is a 1988 graduate of the S. J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah. Since 1988, Ms. Peck has focused her practice on corporate and business law with an emphasis in biotechnology, trade secret and trademark issues. Her practice also includes business formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and employment law, as well as business estate planning. Ms. Peck will expand her practice in 2008 to include serving as a mediator and arbitrator. Ms. Peck was born in New Haven, Connecticut and graduated from Smith College in 1974.
